I was disappointed with the service and delays that lasted almost a full year.The attitude of the installer was most disappointing. My wife and I were very happy with the look and fit of the shutters so we tolerated their poor service but we were very aggravated far too long.
The product (Pirouette) we purchased from you has been the most satisfactory we have ever purchased for our windows. They have a look of shutters when fully opened and close completely and give an elegant look to our windows. They also keep all the sun heat out COMPLETELY and you know we have so many windows (48) that heat gain is a hugh concern.

After purchasing and renovating a home, we decided to purchase new shutters and shades for all windows. We picked up a flyer from Coastal Shutters at our local Home Show which inmtroduced us to Julie Duleba of Coastal Shutters. After consulting with her in our home we did not feel it necessary to contact another company.
Julie made very good suggestions with regard to using outdoor shades for our large, shower enclosed bathroom windows. She additionally suggested natural blinds for our office and kitchen to offset glare from the golf course while still allowing natural light. She selected Bahama Shutters for all other windows. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with Julie and her knowledge of her product. We took all of her suggestions, she worked with us on scheduling installations to meet our financial needs and installations were timely completed by very professional technicians. We are currently waiting on our final installation of shutters. I might just have to talk to Julie about drapes for our Sliders!.
